Walid Al-Souki has been a member of the Lubbock Association of Realtors for Nine years and he has a great sense of commitment to his career and to his family. Not only does Walid bring hard work to the table, he also brings knowledge and experience in all his real estate transactions.
Walid is bilingual (English/Arabic), and has accomplished the ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute),Walid is also familiar with the 1031 Exchange process making it possible for him to make the procedure of buying and selling a home as easy for the client as possible.
Walid has also accomplished all the CCIM courses for the CCIM designation, a partial list of his clients include: ( Edward Jones Investments, Dominos Pizza, Town and Country Convenient Stores ), and many others to mention .
Walid is a member of the Lubbock Association of Realtors® , the Texas Association of Realtors® , and the National Association of Realtors® , enabling him to serve Lubbock and the surrounding areas. Walid has been married for Twenty one years and is the father of a 15-year old daughter named Leena, and a 10-year old son named Omar. Walid is actively involved in the community and in his family life. He is a member of Christ the King Cathedral, the Serra Club Organization, and is active with Meals on Wheels.
